Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 5, 2026 This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions (“Policy” or “Terms”) describes how Allegiant Concrete Construction LLC (“Allegiant Concrete,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you visit www.aconcreteconstruction.com, contact us, request an estimate, communicate with us by telephone, text message, email, website form, or other method, or otherwise use our services. This page also contains the terms governing participation in our SMS/text messaging program. By using our website, contacting our company, submitting project information, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you acknowledge the practices and terms described below.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us in connection with an inquiry, estimate request, construction project, customer service request, or other interaction. This information may include: Your name. Telephone number. Email address. Property or project address. Project type. Project dimensions and approximate square footage. Photographs, videos, plans, drawings, surveys, or other project-related documents. Information about driveways, patios, foundations, demolition, commercial concrete, or other construction services. Appointment and scheduling information. Estimate, proposal, contract, invoicing, and payment-related information. Communications between you and Allegiant Concrete, including telephone calls, voicemail messages, SMS/text messages, emails, and website inquiries. Any other information you voluntarily provide to us. We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate geographic information, and website interaction data.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information collected from you for legitimate business purposes, including to: Respond to your inquiry. Determine what type of concrete or construction service you are requesting. Review your project. Request additional project information, measurements, photographs, plans, or property information. Prepare preliminary measurements, estimates, proposals, or project evaluations. Schedule site visits, consultations, inspections, or construction work. Communicate with you regarding your project. Provide customer service. Coordinate employees, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, inspectors, or other parties involved in performing requested services. Process contracts, invoices, deposits, and payments. Maintain business and project records. Follow up on estimates, proposals, appointments, or active projects. Request feedback or reviews after services have been provided. Improve our website, customer service, internal processes, and business operations. Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents. Meet legal, regulatory, insurance, accounting, or tax obligations. Protect the rights, property, safety, and legitimate business interests of Allegiant Concrete, our customers, and others.
3. SMS and Mobile Information Privacy
Allegiant Concrete Construction LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and text messaging consent collected through our SMS program will be used only as necessary to communicate with you and operate the services you requested. We may use service providers that assist us in delivering or managing communications, customer records, automation, hosting, or other business functions. These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide services to Allegiant Concrete and are not authorized by us to use your SMS opt-in information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This distinction is important: operational vendors may technically process information necessary to deliver our services, but your mobile number and consent are not sold or handed to outside companies so they can advertise to you. This structure is specifically consistent with Twilio's current A2P vetting guidance.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Allegiant Concrete may send SMS or MMS messages to customers and prospective customers who have initiated contact with our company or have otherwise provided consent to receive text messages. Messages may include: Responses to project inquiries. Requests for project details. Requests for property addresses. Requests for photographs or measurements. Estimate or proposal coordination. Appointment or site-visit coordination. Scheduling information. Project updates. Customer service communications. Follow-up regarding pending estimates or proposals. Payment or administrative reminders relating to an existing project. Post-project communications. Requests for feedback or reviews. Other service-related communications concerning your relationship with Allegiant Concrete. Our SMS program is intended primarily for customers and prospective customers who are communicating with Allegiant Concrete regarding our services. We do not use purchased mobile-number lists or third-party lead lists for this SMS program.
5. How Users Opt In to SMS Messages
Users may provide consent to receive SMS communications from Allegiant Concrete through methods including the following:
Telephone / Verbal or IVR Consent
When a customer calls Allegiant Concrete and we are unable to answer immediately, the caller may be offered the option to receive a text message so that we can begin collecting information about the project. The caller may hear a message similar to: “Hi, thanks for calling Allegiant Concrete. Sorry we missed your call — we’re helping another customer right now. Press 1 and we’ll get your project started, send you a quick text for the details, and get back to you shortly.” By affirmatively pressing the designated key after being informed that a text message will be sent, the caller provides consent to receive SMS communications relating to the inquiry.
User-Initiated Text Messages
A customer or prospective customer may also initiate an SMS conversation directly with Allegiant Concrete. When an individual sends Allegiant Concrete a text message, we may respond by text regarding the inquiry, project, service request, estimate, scheduling, or related conversation initiated by that individual. Consent applies only to communications reasonably related to the interaction or program for which consent was provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Allegiant Concrete.
6. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive will depend on your interaction with Allegiant Concrete, the nature of your project, the amount of information required, scheduling activity, and whether you continue communicating with us. For example, an active project inquiry may involve several messages while project details are collected, while another customer may receive only one or two messages.
7. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages according to your wireless service plan. Allegiant Concrete does not control carrier rates or charges.
8. How to Stop SMS Messages
You may opt out of Allegiant Concrete SMS communications at any time. Reply STOP to cancel. You may also use standard opt-out keywords supported by our messaging provider, when applicable. After receiving a valid opt-out request, we will stop sending automated SMS messages to that mobile number except where a limited confirmation or legally required communication is permitted. Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent you from contacting Allegiant Concrete by telephone, email, website inquiry, or another available method.
9. How to Get Help
For assistance with SMS communications: Reply HELP for help. You may also contact Allegiant Concrete through the contact information or contact methods published on www.aconcreteconstruction.com.
10. Carrier Responsibility
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery can be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, telephone-number status, spam filtering, technical issues, or other factors outside Allegiant Concrete's control. We do not guarantee that every SMS or MMS message will be delivered or delivered within a particular time period. That carrier-liability statement, along with STOP/HELP, message frequency and data-rate disclosures, is part of the type of SMS terms Twilio currently expects.
11. Information Sharing
We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to operate our business or provide requested services. Examples may include disclosure to: Employees and authorized personnel. Subcontractors performing work on a project. Suppliers or material providers. Engineers or other professional consultants when required for a project. Insurance providers. Payment processors. Website hosting providers. Customer relationship management providers. Communications providers. Cloud storage providers. Business automation providers. Accounting or tax professionals. Legal counsel. Government agencies or authorities when legally required. These disclosures are limited to legitimate business, operational, project, legal, or compliance purposes. Again, mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
12. Sale of Personal Information
Allegiant Concrete does not sell personal information collected through its customer communications for monetary compensation. We do not sell SMS subscriber lists. We do not sell mobile telephone numbers. We do not sell SMS consent or opt-in records.
13. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technology
Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, server logs, or similar technologies to understand website traffic and improve website performance. These technologies may collect information such as: Browser type. Device type. IP address. Approximate location. Pages visited. Referring website. Time spent on a page. Interaction with website features. Some website functions may be provided by third-party technology providers. You may be able to limit cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website functions.
14. Project Photographs and Documents
Customers may voluntarily provide photographs, measurements, drawings, surveys, property information, construction plans, or similar materials. We use such materials for legitimate project-related purposes, which may include: Understanding the requested work. Preparing preliminary estimates. Preparing takeoffs or measurements. Determining whether a site visit may be necessary. Preparing project scopes. Coordinating construction. Documenting project conditions. Resolving project questions or disputes. Submission of project information does not itself create a construction contract.
15. Estimates and Preliminary Information
Information exchanged through our website, SMS, telephone, email, or other informal communication may be preliminary. Preliminary measurements, approximate square footage, preliminary project reviews, price discussions, scheduling discussions, or similar communications are not necessarily binding. A project becomes subject to binding pricing, scope, payment terms, warranties, and construction obligations only as provided in the applicable written estimate, proposal, contract, change order, invoice, or other project agreement issued by Allegiant Concrete.
16. Accuracy of Information Provided by Customers
You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate to the best of your knowledge. Project pricing, measurements, schedules, and feasibility may change if actual site conditions differ from the information initially provided. Allegiant Concrete may require additional information or a physical site visit before issuing or finalizing a proposal.
17. Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect personal information. However, no internet service, electronic communication system, cloud service, or information storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted electronically.
18. Data Retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to: Respond to inquiries. Maintain customer and project records. Provide services. Document estimates, proposals, contracts, or communications. Comply with accounting, tax, insurance, legal, warranty, or regulatory requirements. Protect legitimate business interests. Resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the nature of the customer relationship.
19. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on applicable law and your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. You may contact us to request that we: Correct inaccurate contact information. Update your communication preferences. Stop SMS communications. Delete certain information where deletion is legally and operationally permissible. Explain how information related to your interaction is being used. Certain information may need to be retained for legal, contractual, tax, accounting, warranty, insurance, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
20. Children's Privacy
Our construction services are intended for adults and persons legally able to request or authorize construction services. We do not knowingly operate our website or SMS program for the purpose of collecting personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to address it.
21. Third-Party Websites

25. Limitation of Online Information
General information provided on this website is not a substitute for project-specific engineering, architectural, geotechnical, permitting, legal, or other professional advice where such professional services may be required. Each construction project is different, and actual conditions may affect scope, price, schedule, equipment, materials, permits, engineering requirements, and construction methods.
26. Changes to this Privacy Policy and Terms
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our business, website, communications practices, technology, legal requirements, or SMS program. When changes are made, we may update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update is subject to the updated policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
